"As you might imagine, I have made many inspections over the past 25 years. Seldom, if ever, did I make a final inspection that I didn't find something that was missed or not finished. That was not the case for the Fritz house. It was not an easy inspection to make simply because I kept getting caught-up in admiring the craftsmanship. Craftsmanship is beautiful to see and in this case can be seen throughout the structure from the location of the large columns on the concrete piers to the mitered joints to the exterior caulking. From design, to the plans this was one of those structures an inspector dreams about but rarely sees. Don't miss the opportunity to see it should it arise. All structures should be built like this one. On second thought, if they were you wouldn't have any need for my services."
